Snowball Machinery® ice cream continuous freezer machine can change ice cream mixtures from liquid to semi-solid in preparation for the next step of filling, molding or extruding. In short, it is to make ice cream or other frozen foods with a delicate texture and rich flavors by cooling, stirring, adding air, and freezing the ice cream mixtures.
Functions of Snowball Machinery® ice cream continuous freezer machine
1. Reduce the temperature of ice cream mixtures, increase viscosity, and gradually thicken the mixtures into a semi-solid state, i.e. a frozen state.
2. While cooling, the dasher (with stainless steel blades) of continuous freezer constantly stirs and scrapes off the mixtures on the inner wall of cylinder, to prevent the ice cream mixtures from forming ice chips due to freezing, so that the ice cream temperature can reach the same level.
3. Evenly inject (mix) air into ice cream mixtures in a very small bubble state to expand the volume of ice cream, so as to achieve excellent quality and perfect shape.
